My name is Duc Tran, prior to real estate I had been in Oil and Gas Industry for about 20 years. Real Estates is my passionate since I have had investment properties personally, I have BOUGHT, SOLD and LEASED out for many years until now.
As a homeowner, I put myself into clients’ thoughts by listening, understanding the needs, supporting and guiding clients through the entire transaction through the whole process; from mortgage qualification, negotiations, inspections and appraisal to title closing table.
