I'm Matthew Sutton, one of the dedicated real estate professionals here at Nest Ahead. Like many clients, I've been on both sides of a real estate transaction. I know firsthand how stressful and overwhelming buying or selling a home can become when you don't have the right person in your corner.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent years serving the public in law enforcement as a police officer and then later as a criminal investigator. Those experiences taught me the importance of integrity, clear communication, accountability, and treating every person with respect, dignity, and honesty. I learned that people want someone they can trust someone who will listen, answer their questions, and genuinely care about their goals.

Today, I bring those same values to every real estate transaction.
